200X decompression regulator valve structure features and uses 

　　200X decompression regulator valve consists of main valve, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control take-over system. When used, when the outlet pressure is set, the stable outlet pressure can be automatically maintained. 
　　This product uses self-supporting pilot valve, does not require other devices and energy, is easy to maintain, has high pressure control accuracy, is less affected by inlet pressure and flow, and has reliable pressure reduction and voltage regulation.

Working principle of 200X pressure reducing regulator 

　　When the valve feeds water from the inlet end, water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the pilot spring set value, the pilot valve is closed. The control room stops draining. At this time, the main valve controls the pressure in the chamber and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure no longer rises. 
　　When the valve outlet pressure drops to the pilot valve set pressure, the pilot valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. Since the displacement of the pilot valve system is greater than the water intake of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber drops. The inlet pressure opens the main valve. In the steady state, the control room has the same water and drainage, the main valve opening is unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable. 
　　The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the pilot valve spring.
